Terms of Service
1. What this service is
The 365GET is analytical software. It provides historical lottery information, statistical analysis, combination organisation and personal tracking tools. It does not sell lottery tickets, take part in any lottery and does not process wagers.
2. No guarantee of outcomes
Lottery draws are random. Historical statistics and AI-generated combinations cannot guarantee winnings or predict future draw results. Nothing on this platform should be read as advice that a particular selection is more likely to win.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or meet the legal minimum age required to use lottery-related information services where you live. Selecting a country in your profile does not grant any legal eligibility to buy lottery tickets.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential. Access levels and subscription entitlements are determined by our systems, not by client-side settings.
5. Subscriptions and trial
Access is offered through a limited trial and paid plans. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Your stored personal data is not deleted automatically when a subscription expires.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to access other users' data, interfere with the service, or misrepresent our analysis as a prediction of lottery outcomes.
7. Changes
These terms are versioned. When a new version is published, you will be asked to review and accept it, and your acceptance is recorded with its version number.
